If you wish to return your Phoenix Watch, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the device at your own cost. To request a return authorization, please call customer service at 800-723-4955. Please note that your Phoenix Watch is activated prior to leaving our facility, and once you receive it and set up the watch, your service plan is initiated buscar.
