Trial Period Return Policy:
If you purchase your device on www.igpsphoenixwatch.com, by phone and/or any selling platforms (Amazon/eBay) you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If you return your device within the 14 calendar days from receiving your order (the “Trial Return Period”) then, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section, you will receive 100% of your original purchase price for the Device only, which excludes first-month service fee ($14.95) activation fee of ($15.00). During the Trial Return Period, your return may be for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, a Device must be in substantially new condition, and the return must be postmarked (or otherwise delivered to the relevant carrier or received by us) by the 14th day after the date of receiving your order. Refunds will not be issued for Devices that have been damaged or altered in any way, including by affixing adhesive or other items to the Device. For all returns, including returns within the Trial Return Period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our office. *Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the Device only; refunds will not be issued for the activation fee, first-month service fee, or any other fees or costs.
Any and all add-on accessories are non-refundable such as charging cables, custom ring band holders, and screen protectors.
If the customer receives a device and the device has been deemed defective or non-operational iGPS will provide a return shipping label via email and ship out the new device within 24 hrs. Once the customer receives the new device they have 14-days from the day the new device was received to ship the defective or non-operational device back to us. If the customer fails to return the device back to iGPS within the 14-days they will be charged for the cost of the device only.
A $20.00 restocking fee will be applied if the original packaging is damaged or if there are any missing pieces and parts.
